Hey all. I just picked up an E500 on ebay. I'm testing it and see that the display is shrunken. It has no OS yet. When it boots, it gives the full screen Compaq name, but then in BIOS or DOS it is only has a 4x5" display in the middle of the screen. What might be causing that? Thanks, Steve

Hi. I recently overclocked my Presario Series 5000 5002us. It was not that hard to do. All I did was install CPUFSB set it for FIC AZ11 PLL-IC Cyress/icw W230(3) A and set it at 104FSB. I gained a little speed with the Athlon T-bird 1.4GHz 200FSB now running at 1455.9MHz @ 208FSB.
