I ordered a cd writer from ebuyer approximately a week ago.
Had full confirmation that the item was in stock and received confirmation
that the order was in progress, also my credit card was deducted! Today
received an email that the item was now not in stock and that a refund would
be made in 48...

don't seem to stock anything suitable.
A google search for "50mm fan" provides several hits
