Can anyone suggest a brand and model number for a DVD burner? is copying hard to do?

Hi, I bought an IBM 300 PL in a big tower some time ago. Now I want to add a CD burner but I am unable to open the right side of the case. The left side is no problem. Can you please explain to me how to open this tower case? Thanks Michael
