Can Nero 5.5 and 6 co exist at the same time? I want to get 6 but don't want to get rid of 5.5 until I am sure 6 is working properly.

i have Nero 5.5v and have about 10 wave files on a cd-r. I tried to erase them on windows explorer but am denied. I know one doesn't actually erased them, but would not like to see them appear. BTW, I'm assuming that even they are 'erased' they still would occupy all that space they took up...

In BIOS, my CD burners are set to PIO mode 4 and DMA mode 2. DMA mode 4 is also available. Is there any advantage to switching to DMA 4 in BIOS? The IDE controller, both channels, are set to UDMA in Windows 2000. -JasonW
