Why are Belkin leads so expensive (in the UK)? by
Ace Internet
Some of the lower value items are more expensive than other
cheaper imported leads.
However, Belkin do offer a "lifetime warranty" on their leads. I

PC World Component Centre - Mail Order anyone? by
Peter Felgate
Anyone used the PC World Component Centre mail order facilities? Some
of the prices are not too unreasonable and I wondered if anyone here
has tried them and can report on their service, speed etc?
I did note that some of their product descriptions don't actually
spell out which item is being...

online? I will be living much outside of central London in Egham near
Staines. It would be much easier if I can just order it online and
recieve it by post.
I appologize for my lack of knowledge of the UK computer market...

Are Dabs in breach of contract? by
TooFatToSurf
I ordered a Sony Vaio S1XP from the dabs.com website on 1st September.
It was described as used, and with all the bits. It was about £250 cheaper
than a new one.
On 8th September, I received an invoice by e-mail. They also debited my
credit card.
Next day, I get an e-mail saying that they are...
