Wi-Fi Ranges by
Neil[_2_]
So, I was at the local sandwich shop last night, and I noticed I was able to
pick up a signal from a local T-Mobile hotspot, which I have an account
with. It was only one bar out of five. But I was able to connect to it and
surf the web without any problems.
I then looked up the hotspots in the...

Martin Brewer
Hello, I have just installed a ECS P4M900T-M board and can't get it to boot.
Had to go back to my old system with the motherboard out of the case for a
temp computer until I figure this out. After I got the board in, of course
there is something else that you have to buy. So I went and got a Antec...

can't install drivers... by
Nefrit
I downloaded the lastest drivers from the Nvidia site, and it get's to a point in the installation process, and my screen resolution jumps from 1280x1024 down to 800x600, and tells me there's some error, and that I should contact my vendor. What the hell do I do?

Online Shops by
tornado
It's great to be part of this new forum.
I was wondering whether there are any online stores that provide a payment gateway. OSCommerce is great but to be honest I'd rather someone just send me the money at the end of the month
Any ideas?

Greetings all. I have a situation and would like some opinions.
The company I work for needs a place to store large files and have them backed up. We have both Mac and Windows that would need to access the drive(s).
I was thinking of a NAS box but then I wouldn't really have a way to back it up...

one-eyed
Hello,
I am currently looking for a 500 gb hdd.
This are my two favorites:

The samsung hdd has a lower cache, the rest is nearly the same, but it

USB 2 Maximum Cable Length by
Fynt
My backup device is a USB 2.0 250 MB Iomega Hard Drive.I'd like to put
it in my garage, requiring about 20 to 25 feet of wire. The official
USB specs say 5 meters max; if further use a hub/repeater.
I'm wondering how realistic the 5 meter spec is. I recall that parallel
