Installed Ramsinks on my 8500LE by Joe
Oddly enough i couldn't find any posts to verify if ramsinks really work. I have a 6 month old Sapphire 8500LE stock clocked at 250/500 with 4ns Eton memory. Using Radeonator LE I could push it to 310/570 without artifacts using 3dmark 2001SE as the indicator. 3dMark seemed to produce more...

AMD 1600+ Temperature by billy_bat
Different boards read the temps differently. Also when changing the boards you can change the case's airflow by having the cables running differently. There are other variables such as the time it takes for the a/s to "settle in", etc. Just make sure that you do all you can to keep it...

Memory question for Intel 865PERL by grendel
I can't seem to find the manual online but I'm thinking about getting this motherboard from Intel. The main question I have is memory. Do I need 2 sticks of DDR 400 or can I just buy 1 512 Meg stick? I'm guessing this is a Duak DDR board so I need 2 sticks but I'm not sure. Thanks.

What's up? by Raichu Mouse Pokémon
This ng seems to have gottin quiet. What do you get with a video card that can only benchmark on PerformanceTest @ 29-34Fps. A not so good card to overclock with. Ati all in wonder 128Pro 32Mb ddr That 350Mhz part of the card helps not at all, when you only have 32Mb to fill on one video card. I...

BSOD by Paul Rovero
It is not related to BSODs. Problems with Corsair RAM were related to the memory timings programmed into SPD, they were too aggressive and caused boards not to boot. It has been fixed with New BIOSes. -Paul -----= Posted via Newsfeeds.Com, Uncensored Usenet News =-----

Settings for Radeon 9500 Pro (to OC it) by Eric Bouchard
What are the best and/or safest settings to overclock a Radeon 9500 Pro? Also, what software is the best to accomplish this? Is Rage3D a good choice? Also, do you get additional cooling? If so, in what form? Thanks for your help. Eric B.

How do I unlock the AGP/PCI for MSI 865P Neo? by Michael Lee
I tried to overclock my P4 2.8GHz by changing the FSB. I noticed that the frequency for AGP/PCI and memory will change together with the FSB. I am unable to just change the FSB only. How do I unlock the AGP/PCI frequency so that only the FSB is changed? If not, i can't do overclocking.

They are good PSU put not the best when you put the load and heat to them. Most PSU are rated to run at 550 Watt at 25C. When you start heating it up and pushing the PSU to 40C your max wattage will drop to about 366 Watts. You show me a PSU that runs at 25C when it is in operation. There is...
