Connecting one keyboard and mouse to two computers by Peter Olcott
At work we need to be able to connect one USB keyboard and one USB mouse to two computers. I am guessing that a hardware switch with two in-ports and four out-ports would work. Does anyone know where I can get this? Do you have any other ideas?

As subject, are there any that are able to be safely sited on a carpet/bed/lap. I'm looking at devices like the Samsung NC10, Acer Aspire D150/250, Dell Mini10v, MSI Wind. But they all seem to have vents on the bottom that MUST NOT be blocked. Ta.

Computer has rebooting problem by [email protected]
I had a problem with my computer today. It is working again, but I would like to figure out what happened as I think something probably needs to be replaced soon. I'd rather get it fixed before it totally quits working. I tend to let it run for a few weeks at a time. There was some lightning, so I...

Hello Group: I have an older computer which was moved to another room. It seemed to run fine, but one day the monitor (LCD) was off, so I looked behind it and the power cord wasn't pushed all the way in. I pushed it in and the monitor came on. Everything seemed fine, but then I tried to move the...

New HDD for Sony Vaio by JW
Hi all. I have a Vaio VGN-NR10E laptop which needs a new internal hard disk. Could anyone recommend some good compatible drives? I was hoping to pay less than around £80 GBP as not that much space is needed (even 60GB would be adaquate). The current drive, that died, was listed in device...
