Adjustable CPU voltage at Biostar M7ViZ by Christian Stade-Schuldt
Hi folks, I'm building a low-noise computer based on a µATX mobo. The Biostar M7VIZ looks pretty interesting. I need SATA-controller onboard, AMD Athlon XP-M support and adjustable CPU voltage at the bios. Does anybody has this board or even knows whether it provides the features showing above.

Running a M7NCD Motherboard with 400 FSB by Krutibas Biswal

Are AMD Athlon 64 Socket 939 processors with 4 double sided DDR400 modules in dual channel mode limited to DDR333? by Glzmo
Hello all! In the manual of the MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum Mainboard (Socket 939, nForce 3 Ultra chipset) it says that if you fill up all banks using four double-sided DDR400 modules, that the Mainboard can only operate in DDR333 in dual channel mode. I read the same in many reviews of the board and...

Replacement HSF by Mal
I'm looking to replace my stock XP2800+ HSF as it is regularly sitting in the 60c range when idle and into the 70s under load. I've got 2 extra fans in my case 1 blowing in at the front and 1 blowing out the back. I've been looking at the Thermaltake range and pretty much decided on either the...

I'm new to A64 systems. I'm just about to put together a system using a A34 3000+ (Newcastle) CPU the stepping is CBAEC 0423SPCW. I just wondered if this is considered a good stepping and what people are getting out of them. BTW the Overclockers database is pretty poor for the A64...

2400+ to 2600+ worth it?? by Wingding
I am running a MSI K7N2-V mb with AMD 2400+ cpu 512 megs of 3200 DDR RAM. The cpu is, of course, 133 bus speed. If I were to move the 2400 to my daughter's machine and get say a 2600+ 166 model, would I get a noticable speed increase due to the faster bus? or not much diff. I'm not willing to...
