Hi It should be better.But check the 8RDA northbridge as the earlier versions (A2 and A3)had quite bad dips in the middle so either do a bit of lapping or put most of the thermal paste in the middle to fill up the dip best you can Smiffy

Thanks to Wes and TomG and all the others, I got my 2400 today and installed it with no problems, well except that i plug the keyboard in the wrong port and thought there was a problem getting into cmos. I did get the retail version but i am using the Ax-7 for the heatsink. Idle temps are 37c....
