I'm runing a new Linux machine with a Seagate Constellation ES.3

hours after booting, followed by a beep every minute. Once I also had
this error:

64-bit or 32-bit: When will it matter? by
aether
Building a computer from scratch. It'll be built for someone who'll use
it for alot of things, but tilted in the 'gaming' direction. Should
whether the processor is 64-bit or 32-bit matter? If not, when? If so,
how so? In other words, should I go AMD or Intel? I understand AMD is
slightly faster...

Rails for server by
mysza
Hi,
I just purchased a new Dell PowerEdge 2650 server. Purchasing screwed
my order and I received rails for Dell rack, which won't fit into my
cabinet. After talking to support at Dell I learned that their rails
for a non-Dell rack are also not good for my setup. Does anybody know
where can I...

The following problem has confounded every IT friend and support person i

read on the Net, I should expect at least 10 more lines within the next 3
months.
1) Can't I just completely remove this lcd screen so I can...

Power supply, but no power??? by
U. Cortez
I believe a power surge toasted my power supply the other day, so I
replaced it with a new 350W ATX PSU. After removing the burnt psu, I
screwed the new psu into the case, hooked the ATX power supply to the
motherboard, and hooked up power for various components (HD's,
CD-ROM's). The...
