Best at TV-out? by Ski
Greetings- My multi-media machine currently has an old Radeon 7500 AIW that is used for tv-out on my living room set... I've adjusted it to hell and gone, and am not happy with the results. Seems to be a big bloom on the left hand side. Never having used a Matrox, I was wondering if its legendary...

Best NLX Matrox? by Terrance Drith
Hello group, What was the best NLX form-factor card that Matrox made? I'm about to purchase a 16mb G400 but I see references to a 32mb model (not dual-head, but NLX like I need). Makes sense since the solder points are there for the additional RAM chips on the 16mb models. If there really was a...

Better than a G550 by Doug Ramage
I am looking to improve video playback quality. Currently I am using an FX5200, but I have a G550 and Radeon 9800 Pro not being used (long story). Is the G550 likely to be better than the FX5200? Would the 9800 Pro be better than the G550? Would a P650 be better than the above?

Can I get dual DVI output on one card? by Jonathan E
Hi Probably a stupid question (I'm good at those!) but... I'm thinking of buying two 17" TFTs for my PC. I'll need a new graphics card which supports 2 monitors. All the ones I can find seem for have one analogue VGA port and one 'digital' DVI port. I plan to get TFTs with DVI inputs so would...

Can Matrox G550 display 1680x1050 on DVI? by Eric Gisin
I have a Matrox G450 running a 22" LCD 1680x1050 using VGA. DVD playback is a problem with only 16MB (dual-head is disabled). A Matrox G550 would give me 32MB and DVI+VGA. Does it support 1680x1050 using DVI? The manual says 1280x1024. According to...

Can this be solved? by Charles Collette
Hallo to you all, I'm having a strange problem with a Matrox G400-TV card. Installing this card in a machine with AOpen board, Pentium III 600, 512 MB ram and running Windows 2000; no problems at all. But, installing in a machine with MSI board, Pentium IV 2600, 1025 MB ram and running Windows...

I tried to upgrade the rt2500 at work from win 2k to win xp pro and I've had some problems. I can't seem to get the firewire device recognized by the rt2500, although if I use the option of DV device 2 in the capture module it does capture and operate the dv device, but then when I put the clip on...

Colorific (R) and Matrox P650 by Frederic W. Erk
