Can anyone tell me where I can get ifno on connecting devices to the CPU? I
need a computer to boot from a chip. I want to install it in small confined
space. I don't want to have to use a computer because of the size. I design
circuit boards, so I can squeeze it down to the size I need. I need a...

Asus A7N8X Deluxe or Epox EP-8RGA+ MB? by
E. Rust III
Okay, I was all sent to buy a Epox MB, carefully researching the
alternatives - and low and behold, this darned Asus keeps popping up... I
also saw the Soyo Dragon series. I went up on the Asus site and the specs
are confusing to say the least! It seams there's 4 versions of the A7N8X -
and only...

Report from O/c 2600 by
Robert Parry
Many thanks to all the posts and suggestions from people here to my request
for help with an o/c of my XP 2600
The original was 133 x 16.0
This was changed to 200 x 10.5 initially, and ran fine on a test SETI work
unit.
Then up to 200 x 11.0 - system gave false results, so upped Vcore by...

XP 2000 on Shuttle SN41G2 by
Andy
I've increased the FSB from 133 to 166MHz, and all seems well (and much
faster of course). Would I be running any risks trying for more?

Bernhard Kornberger
Hallo!

Static from onboard sound by
Anonymous
I have a Gigabyte 7VT600-1394 and a 2500+ o/c to 3400+ish (14.5x166). The
system is prime95 stable for about 10 hours and seems to run gr8. my
question is, would this much o/c affect the onboard sound? when ever I try
to play a game (Warcraft 3, for example) the right channel has quite a bit
