P4B266 - Will it Support High Capacity HDs? by
James Colbert
I have the above referenced board and am putting it in a server with a p4 1
ghz cpu.
I have a few small drives in it now (40 GB & 120 GB) but would like to throw
a 500 GB IDE drive in as well. Will this board (I suppose I'll have to flash
to the latest bios) support 500 GB, or will a controller...

Asus P5K Deluxe Cooling by
Colin[_2_]
The BIOS says there are chassis fans 1 + 2 and reports the speeds.
The ASUS AI suite says the same.
PC probe doesn't show chassis fan 1 and the system threshold temp is
set to 45C.
After 6 hours of running the system temperature reached 46C and the
warning sounded.
What is a safe maximum system...

Question on P5K audio connectors. by
algae
I am installing a P5K motherboard in an Antec Sonata II case. I have
to use the 7 audio wires as the board won't take the 10 pin audio
connector. The motherboard manual doesn't tell me the individual pin
configuration. Does anyone know where I can find it?
Thanks for any help.

Motherboard with Onboard Flash Memory ? by
Albert
Does Asus have motherboards for desktop PC's that contain some onboard
Flash Memory? Was thinking of using it for the Windows XP Paging File
to significantly speed up windows, would this work well if available?
Any ideas?

ASUS A7M-266D - won't work with new USB-only wireless keyboard/mouse by
not disclosed
This system is aging, but is still great until I feel the "need" to
upgrade to Vista/x64. My immediate problem is a new Logitech wireless
keyboard/mouse combination. When I boot the system, I get a "Keyboard
Not Present" error, and pressing F1 does not work. The only way to
get the system going...

Hey, Neighbors,
I FINALLY succeeded in getting a return call from Larry Cole at Arctic

augmenting the return of air from the second floor.

Computer/parts retrieval service. by
Skybuck Flying
Hi,
It's possible to order a pc online.
It's possible to get it delivered at home.
But when it breaks the user must return it himself to the reseller.
Thus the user has to drive to the reseller or go to the postal office and
pack it up etc.
