Really confused about DVD by
mm
I am so confused.
I was given a CREATIVE PC-DVD model DVD62340E, 6X.
I want to play a DVD with it, but I'm not sure what path to take.
I hooked up the drive and it plays CD's fine, but when I put a DVD in,
nothing.
So I upgraded to Win Media Player 9, which is the latest version that

Verify errors burning with liteon 52x burner and nero 5.5 & nero 6 by
None Required
TDK stopped making disks a while back. They outsource them. I bought a
couple of packs before I knew this. One set was Ritek, forget the other.
They have worked for me but some had LOTS of errors and I stopped relying on
them.
Basically, try another brand.

Nero Wave Editor or SondTrax by
Kompu Kid
Hello All:
I have been recording my cassettes to CD and as first part of this
process I capture the music with Nero SoundTrax. I then edit it, place
track marks, and save to disk with Nero Wave Editor before burning them
on to a CD.
I noticed today that I can also capture the music directly with...

how good are CDRs made in China? by
Brendan R. Wehrung
Office Max was offering 100 wrapped stacks of cdrs (free after rebate)made
in China, on which I took a pass. There seems to be a sort of mythology
about country of origin (made in Japan beats made in Taiwan which is
better than made in India, but made in Ireland is OK, etc.) and I was
wondering...

I have a CD and CD/DVD burners, both Liteon. Different software came with

Fuji CDR's on sale at Best Buy? What are they really? by

Are Fuji discs still generally Ty Yugeneds (I know I spelled it wrong,

just the CHEAP ones from my burner, but if I burn on The TY's they

Ric
Hi,
I'm looking for a CD-RW drive that's best for DAE, especially using EAC
secure mode. I'm also looking for a drive that's good at reading scratched
or bad CDs.
I've read some reviews at CDR-info and CDRlabs and I'm consider 52x24x52x
drives from Aopen, Sony and Samsung.
It seems that Aopen...

I'm not here to tell anyone what to buy and what not to buy, but I
thought that if someone was curious they might find some wisdom in my

avoid any Digital Research / IOMagic / BenQ / BTC drives. It seems all
these companies...
