.mdf & .mds files is Alcohol 120% THAT incompatible? by

Someone gave me a couple of files with the extensions .mdf and .mds.
Am I going to have to buy Alcohol 120% to deal with these files or is
there another way to either burn them, extract them or convert them?
Or should I dump a client for not following instructions? (This last
question is not one...

100 Minute CD-Rs by

Hello.
I just have a quick question regarding CD-Rs, in particular the 100
minute ones.
Are most modern CD players capable of playing these discs? My CD
recording software supports the burning of them, and it would be
cheaper for me to put the music on one 100 minute CD-R instead of
spreading it...

Noticed that some European websites, such as www.cdrohlinge24.de sell
"100min CD-R." At first I thought it was just something new they are
calling the 99s, but they list a seperate item as "99min CD-R."
So, what's the difference?

I've just installed a store-bought copy (ie, probably good) of 123 Copy
DVD Plus, and the downloaded plug-in to break copy protection. My DVD
on using a router (woodworking router, in this case) was copy
protected, and I'd rather abuse and scratch a duplicate while keeping
the expensive original on...
