hello, i need the PASSWORD for the FACTORY.PQI etc drive image files that are on the recovery cd for my laptop. i want to have a good look inside the image with drive image 2002 and maybe be able to restore individual files etc via image explorer in drive image program. many thanks oostrich

If you get error 180:14 or 182:14 trying to reset your laptop using the Quick Restore CD, don't worry. Simply PUT ON the CAPS LOCK and the NUM LOCK before the Quick Restore CD start. You will be able to avoid the problem, using the "OEM Mode" of the Quick Restore CD, that's so cool! :)
