High res 19'' TFT by
GB
I wanted a 19'' TFT but preferably one that displays more than the standard
1280 x 1024 that displays quite nicely on a 17''. In other words, I want the
19'' to display more pixels, not just bigger ones.
Anyone know who sells these?
Thanks
Geoff

CCL ... a force to be reckoned with? by
Tx2
"a force to be reckoned with"
That's what i got told today by a CCL Dealer Sales rep, after
complaining further they haven't even acknowledged an order i placed a
few days ago.
Apparently, it's all down to the "million quid" they've spent on a new
infrastructure.
Shame they didn't just spend a...

OEM equip. warranties by
Charles Christacopoulos
Hi,
I can see a device (CD/DVD RW) both as OEM and Retail versions. I don't
need the retail version for what it contains.
If I bought the OEM version from a supplier who would honour without
difficulties the 12 month guarantee then no problem. What though if I
bought from a supplier who...

cheap software he http://www.oem-biz.biz/?764669093

is backup software - not registerable - the grammar in some places is
appalling and the...

Royal Mail warning by
Ronald
A word of warning if you are returning a small item like a memory stick. I
carefully parcelled up a memory stick in a jiffy bag, put a couple of first
class stamps on it and put it in the post box. That was on the 5th November.
The company has never received it. Royal Mail basically said tough, can...

DHL Joke by
mrjolly
Has anybody had such bad service from DHL?
I have a delivery from Komplett, sent via DHL.
Usually, they aren't too bad.
I have now waited a week. As you can see, I almost got it delivered
yesterday.
I guess they've had it so long, they don't want to give it away.

Sorry, more Ebuyer bashing by
Shockabuku
Ordered a 550w Antec psu from Ebuyer last week & they delivered the wrong
model (they sent the version with an oversized mobo connector). Easy
mistake to make, fair play, except for the fact that, in my opinion, the psu
has obviously been used before! The box is very rough & there are...

More SVP fanmail by
Barry Young
Well, they say the test of a company is how well they handle things
when something goes wrong. And I must say I've been very impressed
with SVP. I ordered some DVD-Rs from them a couple of weeks ago,
nothing turned up a week later. I enquired by e-mail and they got back
to me quickly with the...

Anyone use MicroWarehouse ? by
Paul McCue
Just a quick enquiry;
I recently ordered a cheap'n'nasty notebook from Micro Warehouse
(www.microwarehouse.co.uk) and after a few weeks they've come back
and said the price given in the catalogue was wrong and they can't
fulfil the order.
They seemed pretty legit, but the dodgy price is still...
