Has anyone noticed the new feature on Google Groups that allows you to
rate a message from 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent). It even works on Usenet
messages through Google Groups. Obviously a proprietary feature only
available if you access Usenet through GG, not if you're accessing it
directly.

manual shows that the board can handle 2 GB of memory.
The manual does not say that the memory must be added in pairs but I seem to
have read that and it sticks in the back of my mind. The manual also does
not tell me if...

I am a little sketchy on this, but check the order that the chips are put
into the sockets. On My Hewlett Packard, I have mixed chips and was told
that the order counted. I apparently got it right the first time.

Not a bad idea, I have a home-built PC which I leave on 24x7 because I
run a private proxy server (so I can read my emails from work to avoid
their stupid blocked sites). I would much prefer to have a very low
power linux system running stuff like that and separate it from my
main computer.
