What's wrong with Simply Computers? by
Apparantly their credit card system is down and they have absolutely no idea when they are going to dispatch orders... I'm unable to get through to a customer support rep (presumably because of volume of calls regarding said fault). Anyone here had any news? Thanks, Mike

Determining order of drives by AMO
Usually when I format a hard drive and partition it, all the logical partitions are in sequence, i.e C, D, E, F before the CD drives etc kick in on the end. However, with a new PC I have built, they kick in after C drive with my remaining logical drives starting F (I have two drives). The only...

Do you use a payment company called, "Check Computer Services"? Tel: 01706 651555? The "thing" is, you have overcharged me by £15.73, and I don't have a VAT invoice yet... The purpose of this newsgroup message is that it might be of use to others to know of your real trading as accounting...

The cheapo mechanical wireless mouse that came with my Medion (Aldi) PC is rubbish, and the time has now come to have it replaced. My last PC (Gateway, bought around 5 years ago) came with a mechanical wired Microsoft mouse, which hasn't given me Any trouble ever - if fact it is still working...

Overclockers.co.uk - Bad Experiences by Payne747

Dolphin "Special Care" Bathrooms by Cenfus
These people target the Elderly and Infirm with offers of over-priced bathrooms, and then seem only to give them bad advice and poor service. Here is an example of their behaviour: http://home.btconnect.com/tg/dolphin.htm Does anyone else have similar experience with these people?

Where to find Sony notebook data? by news
I'm thinking of buying a particular Vaio notebook (VGN-T2XP), but I want to find out more about it first. Where can I find a tech spec, configuration guide, user's manual etc? I've tried the Sony web site, but that's utterly useless. -- Ian

Larger Computer Case by Clive Savage
I recently changed the motherboard and it overhangs the fixing base. Now I can`t fit a caddy or DVD drive into some of 5.25 spaces. Any suggestions for a larger case? Don`t really need a PSU BTW just a larger case to fit all my stuff! Bye for now.
