What kind of DDR-SDRAM is appropriate for Pentium 4 (2.4 GHz) and use of graphical programs (such as Photoshop)?

If a computer has a motherboard with Bus 400 MHz and 512 MB RAM (DDR400), Which CPU needed for it to perfectly improve its performance (2.4 MHz or more)? and for 533 MHz?

Does someone know if Intel 386EX processor has 25 or 26 address lines? The datasheets say it has 26 address pins. But the pin diagram of Intel386EXTC 144pin TQFP shows only A25:A1.
