Problem with Aria by

A have returned 1 item to them 29/08/03 and it is still not completed
(refund).
I also called them (Thursday) to return a cooler and was told that a courier
would collect the item and still no sign of one.

They're similar to the ones at http://www.ecsusa.com/products/lcd_pc.html,
but don't bulge out at the base, they're around 5 inches deep front to
back.

Question over replaced component guarantees by

I supplied a CD-RW to a customer back in February of this year.
It has gone wrong. Replacing it is not an issue as the customer
obviously has a valid claim under the statutory 12 mnth warranty.
However, do I now have to give him a further 12 mth warranty on the
replacement, or does it just carry...
