USB Adapter by Patch
I've got an old motherboard from Epox & I was going to add a USB adapter to the board, but it has a weird looking pin arrangement. My adapter has a 5 pin plug on the end, but the mobo has a double row of 8 pins. How in the heck do I get this thing to work? Is there an adapter with an 8 pin plug?

3DVideo Card Recommendation by Strontium
For your price/performance requirements, I would suggest either a GF4Ti4200 or a GF3Ti200/500. You can get a general idea of prices from www.pricewatch.com - Patrick stood up, at show-n-tell, and said: Hello, I have built the following system recently:

Link to P4 Hyperthreading patch for XP by Strontium
HT = dual processor technology. Winblows' HAL sees it as 'two' processors. One virtual, other real. However, disabling HT in CMOS will allow Winblows to see it as a single processor re HAL. I've noticed a considerable performance loss, by doing that. - Curtis Newton stood up, at show-n-tell,...
