I have 3 other WinXP computers connected for internet access to the
Win 98 machine which is the 'main' Internet connection.
I have M S Office 2000 Professional on all...

HP LJ 5MP: max memory? by
Andrew Webber
I have a 5MP with the standard 3MB. Looking around, I see people
selling 2x16MB SIMMs and saying the maximum is 35MB (only two slots
free).
However, I found someone selling 1x32MB SIMM and he says the printer
will recognize it and I can put in two.
Has anyone else tried this and made it...

s600 Replacement print head by
Darren
Hi
I'm after a print head for the s600. A printer that's way out of warranty.
I believe that it's either a fixed, non user-serviceable part
OR
it's part number 'BC33' without an 'e' on the end.
This has been a bit of a chore finding the right part number.

Can I use Canon 610 inkjet ink in a Canon 3000?? by
meirman
Do you think I can use refill ink for a Canon 610 in a Canon 3000?
Black and colors.
I have a lot of left over ink from the 610.
I don't want to spend the 40 or 50 dollars a new set of ink cartridges
will cost. I don't want to buy a whole new printer because then I'll
have to decide which is...

Printout Alignment Problem by
TerryS
As I type up song lyrics, I type the guitar chord above the relevant
word/part of word where the chord change happens.
The resulting printouts show the lyric lines are as I typed
them...........but the chord changes above the lyrics have been printed
various spaces to the right of the page and are...

Minolta / QMS 2300DL quality? value? by
Awol [AT] i-hacked [D0T] com
I have an opportunity to pick up a new Minolta Magicolor 2300DL color laser
for $225.00, and was looking for any opinions on its reliability/quality.
I know toner is very expensive - but it can't be any more expensive per page
than my Phaser 850 was. (It wastes $30 of ink every time you turn it...

Laserjet 1300 by
Frank
Hi!
I have a problem with my Laserjet 1300. After switching on, the engine
starts to work, but after a short time it stops and the yellow light
begins to flash. There is no paper jam and the cartridge is ok (tested
in another printer). What should I do?
Thank you

I have a Brother MFC-9700 laster printer. I need to buy another toner
cartridge and see that I can save money by buying either a compatible
or remanufactured cartridge. Does anyone have any experience that these
are just as good as genuine cartridges from the printer maker or not?

Requiem for an HP 660C by
Wolf Kirchmeir
Well, it's dead. After many years of chugging along without a hiccup or
a hitch, the HP 660C no longer works. It blinked its little green light
when asked to print, so I connected it to the other computer, in case it
had had a falling out with the machine for which it had toiled so
reliably. It...

edits off a portion of the image if I select center on 8 1/2x11 sheet. I
want to center the entire 8x10 on a 8.5x11 sheet without the image
