Hi I got hold of this machine and didn't expect it to work at all but it at least powers up. But that's it for now as right after it starts it displays "Waiting file" and all keys are dead. Maybe a previously hung firmware update? Haven't plugged it into my PC by now.

It's jammed in at an angle, and I don't want to pull it out forcefully. The tray and the tray casing are not cracked or broken, so I think there's a chance of getting it out safely. Can I go inside the printer to get at the tray? If so, how do I do that? Thanks, David
