Is anyone else having problems with Tekheads? A friend returned a graphics card which was less than 12 months old to them. Still nothing sorted or replaced coming up to 8 weeks. He's getting no replies to emails anymore. Have they gone bust?

The HD on a system I bought from Mesh 2 years 11 months ago died recently. Posted it to them on Monday with the RMA number they'd given me and got a replacement by courier on Friday.
