enabling the x87 by Scott J. McCaughrin
Please explain how to enable the x87 to execute INT 75h calls. I unmasked the IRQ2 bit in PIC #1 (at 21h) and then unmasked the IRQ13 bit (#5) in PIC #2, but to no avail. I have unmasked all 6 exception-flags in the x87's control word. I am on a Dell Latitude laptop. Thank you.
