Asus A8V. 2 weeks ago Windows locked up and upon reboot it couldn't find any hard drives. I purchased a Promise SATA II 300 PCI Drive Controller and installed it. When attempting to boot it says it cannot find the Promise Controller BIOS. I'm stumped. What should I try next?
