(about 12 stuck sub-pixels) and was planning to buy again from SVP (just in
case I had 6 stuck sub-pixels!) but SVP no longer stock them -

Scan RMA - Can I insist on having credit rather than replacement? by
Dan B
I am part of the way through RMA'ing a faulty Aeolus Geforce 6600GT to
Scan which appears to be going well so far but I did stipulate that I
would like to be credited the money for the card rather than having a
replacement. I dont really want to risk having another faulty card if
they were a batch...

scan RMA by
Fat Freddy's Cat
never had to RMA before with SCAN
Filled in an online form and got a OLQ reference and a note someone
would contact me.
Is this standard? All I want to do is wrap up the graphics card and send
it back. Do I wait on an email or phone call before doing so?

Looking for a cheap brand new base unit by
AP
Hi,
Looking for a base unit for my brother. He doesn't need anything fancy and
doesn't want to spend more than £200.00 including VAT and delivery if at
all possible.
Can anyone recommend any suppliers please?
TIA.

USB2 Hard Drive Caddy by
AMO
I am thinking of buying the following hard drive:
http://uk.aldi.com/
Go to Internal Hard Drive Drive to get a Western Digital 250Mb hard drive
for £79.99. This seems to be a good deal.
I am looking for a case to support this drive. I don't actually know the
exact term for this. Is it a caddy?...

Aria RMA's - pathetic by

It's been almost a month now since I sent back my Shuttle. I don't want
anything fancy - no refunds, no alternative products, just another model,
exactly the same, to replace the one thats been faulty since arrival.
Clearly this is too much for them.
Does anyone know if this a situation where my...

What's wrong with Simply Computers? by
Apparantly their credit card system is down and they have absolutely no idea
when they are going to dispatch orders... I'm unable to get through to a
customer support rep (presumably because of volume of calls regarding said
fault).
Anyone here had any news?
Thanks,
Mike
