My FX 5600 nvidia card and Envision En9110 LCD display are stuck at 60 hz.. I had other options before but now I have lost them and can not get a higher refresh rate on my LCD.. it will support higher rates (85 hz). Using 53.03 drivers... tried a few things but can't get it out of 60 hz thanks...
