"automotive grade" hard drives by
[email protected]
We have specialty AV, NAS drives et cetera. I see Toshiba has automotive
disks. The maximum capacity is 320 GB, so I presume these trade off
density to cope with operating in a moving car.
But would not SSD be better for this?

Ant[_3_]
Hi.
I noticed a client's 15" MacBook Pro responding slowly, locked up with
Firefox and couldn't kill it, and shut down. Even booting up after doing
a force shut down with the power button was slow. I decided to check the
internal HDD with SMARTReporter v2.7.3 (green and pass results, but...

Hello.
What are you guys using to securely erase USB flash drives these days? I
don't want to physically destroy them, but give them to others to reuse.
Thank you in advance. :)
