Ive got this stock 120mm fan, rated at 45db at 12 volt, somthing like 108 to 120 cfm i think. ITS A TORNADO, in CFM and noise. I installed it with rubber bands to cut down the noise worked, but even at 7 volts its noisy. How low a voltage can i run a 120 mm fan ??.

Well for newish pcs i would guess so, the one that has the boot from them option in the bios. Would be cool if it was standard put one in and it would boot from that before the floppy and or anything. Maybe in the future.
