You can get a 360 days evaluation copy from www.microsoft.com
while you wait. So it will probably be out before 360 days,
probably not too long after Intel releases their AMD64 CPU.

You can buy Win2003 64-bit today as far as I know.

The system was tested With Windows XP Pro and Windows XP 64-bit
The system was in normal condition of use (with DSL running, virus-guard,
ecc.).
The system was tested with this 2 programs: BurnInTest Pro and Perfomance
Test (www.passmark.com).

In comparision I have tested with the same programs an other PC based on
Intel CPU:
